What is STRNG Group Fitness

STR.N.G Group Fitness is a progressive strength training program designed to meet women where they are — and guide them forward with purpose and intention.

The journey begins with our Back to Basics series, a foundational program that focuses on mastering the essential movement patterns of strength: squat, hinge, push, and pull. This series is made up of three progressive phases, each running six weeks long, with sessions scheduled three times per week.

But STR.N.G is more than just a workout — it's a mindset shift. We don’t promise quick fixes or overnight transformations. Instead, we focus on developing the habits, perspective, and confidence needed for long-term success. By the end of the Back to Basics series, our goal is that you leave equipped with the tools to continue your strength journey — on your own, if you choose.

For those ready to take it further, we offer the Strength & Conditioning series — our intermediate level program that builds on the basics and challenges you to go deeper. This is where you start tapping into your highest potential, pushing a little harder every time, and continuing to grow — both in strength and self.
